Terms of Service
The short version: we run the platform, you are responsible for what you send through it, either of us can end this monthly, and your number is always yours.
What we provide
Access to the WayMiro platform on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, on the plan you have chosen, and the technical work to connect your number to it. Your Meta account and your green tick application stay yours — we do not submit either on your behalf, and Meta decides the outcome. We cannot promise approval, and neither can anyone else.
What you're responsible for
Everything that goes out on your number.
- Having opt-in for every contact you message, and being able to show it.
- The content of your messages, and complying with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and Commerce Policy.
- Keeping your login credentials to your own team.
- The accuracy of the billing details you give us.
What gets an account suspended
Messaging people who never opted in, sending content Meta prohibits, or using the platform to defraud someone. We will tell you what happened and give you a chance to fix it, unless the law or Meta requires us to act immediately.
Billing
Plan fees are charged monthly in advance, in rupees, plus 18% GST. That is the whole of what we invoice you. Meta bills you separately and directly for messages, against your own WhatsApp Business account — we never handle that money, which is why we cannot add a margin to it.
Cancellation
Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, and there is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. Your number is yours: tell us where you are moving it and we will help you transfer it out.
Uptime and liability
We work hard to keep the platform up, but parts of the chain are not ours to control: Meta's API, the mobile network, your own systems. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to the platform fees you paid us in the three months before the problem. We do not limit liability for anything the law says we cannot.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Odisha have jurisdiction.
