We raise the transfer request
It goes into your Meta Business Manager, from our side. You do not have to work out where the button is.
You click approve
One approval, inside your own Business Manager. This is the only step that has to be you.
Meta moves the number
Usually within two days. Your number keeps working the whole time.
Your templates re-sync
Approved templates come across with the number. Export your old chat history before you cancel the old subscription. That part does not transfer.
Cancel the old subscription only once the new one is live. There is no reason to pay twice, and no reason to have a gap.
