We built this because our own WhatsApp was a mess.
In 2024 we ran a small agri-services business in Bhubaneswar off one phone. Two of us shared it: orders, quotes, complaints and a group chat with sixty farmers, all in one thread. We lost a procurement order because a message was read and never answered, and nobody could tell who had read it.
We tried the platforms. They were priced in dollars, added a margin on Meta's rate without saying so, and put a ticket form between us and a person. So we applied for the API ourselves and built the inbox we wanted. Other businesses started asking if they could use it. That is the whole story — no lab, no pivot.

Things we say no to
- We don't sell contact lists. Not ours, not yours, not anyone's.
- We won't help you message people who never opted in.
- We don't lock your number. Leave whenever, we'll help you move it.
- We don't quote a price and add fees later.
