Looking at AiSensy? Read this first.
AiSensy is the biggest WhatsApp platform in India by customer count, and it earned that. Their onboarding is fast and their pricing page has been public for years.
Here is where we are actually different, and where we are not.

AiSensy's column describes their published plans as we read them. They change their pricing and so do we — check their site before you decide, and tell us if we have got something wrong here.
Where AiSensy is better
- They are much bigger than us, and scale is a real answer to "will you still be here in two years".
- Their partner network across India is wider, so there is probably someone local to you already using them.
- Their template library and campaign tooling is more mature than ours today.
If one of those matters more to you than the price difference, go with them. We would rather you did than churn in month three.
How to switch
Your number is portable. You approve the transfer in Meta Business Manager, Meta moves it in 24 to 48 hours, and your templates come with it. Cancel the old subscription only once the new one is live. There is no reason to pay twice, and no reason to have a gap.

We raise the transfer request
It goes into your Meta Business Manager, from our side. You do not have to work out where the button is.
You click approve
One approval, inside your own Business Manager. This is the only step that has to be you.
Meta moves the number
Usually within two days. Your number keeps working the whole time.
