Privacy Policy

This covers what we collect, why we have it, who else sees it, and how to get it back or get it deleted. If anything here is unclear, message us and we will explain it rather than point you at a clause.

What we collect

Two separate things, and it matters which is which.

  • Your account data: your name, business name, WhatsApp number, email and billing details.
  • Your customers' data: the contacts you upload and the messages sent through your number. This is yours. We process it so the platform can work, and for nothing else.
  • Usage data: which features your account uses and when, so we can find what is broken.

Why we have it

To run the service you are paying for: sending your messages, storing your chats, showing your reports and billing you correctly. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not train models on your customers' messages.

Who else sees it

Only the parties that have to, for the service to function.

  • Meta, because your messages travel over the WhatsApp Business API.
  • Our cloud infrastructure provider, where the platform runs.
  • Your payment gateway, if you connect one.
  • Our own engineers, when you raise a support request that requires it. Access is logged.

What we never do

We do not sell contact lists. We do not rent, share or trade them. We do not message your customers about anything you did not send.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. When you close it, we delete your data within 30 days, and it clears from backups on the following backup cycle. Records we are legally required to keep, such as invoices, we keep for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

Ask for an export and we will send you your contacts, chats, templates and reports as files you can open. Ask for deletion and we delete. Ask what we hold and we will tell you. There is no charge for any of this and no form to fill in. Message us on WhatsApp or email us.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will tell you inside the dashboard and on WhatsApp before it takes effect, not by silently updating a date at the top of a page.

Something here unclear?

Ask and we will explain it in plain words rather than point you at a clause. If we cannot explain it plainly, that is a sign the clause is wrong and we will change it.
